San Mateo County The County of San Mateo now offers no-cost testing for COVID-19 to residents and children age 5 and over. The testing offered is a simple-to-use oral mouth swab test that is self-administered for children and families in partnership with Curative Inc., a rapid diagnostics firm based in Southern California. Curative has the capacity to test over 500 individuals each day at the San Mateo Event Center with results available typically within 48 hours. WESD is continuing to investigate the possibility of student testing on the Woodside campus, but for the immediate future, taking advantage of this free, nearby option for student testing is something that is highly encouraged for all WESD students.
