for 2021-2022 School Year
Welcome to the Woodside Elementary School District!
Registration for the fall starts on March 1st
Pre-registration
- Verify you live in the Woodside Elementary School District. Call the school office at 650.851.1571 to confirm your address;
- Confirm your child meets the age requirements for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten.
- Transitional Kindergarten students should turn 5 years old between September 2nd and December 2nd.
- Kindergarten students should turn 5 years old on or before September 1st.
Registration
- Gather 2021-22 registration materials outlined in the Registration Packet (ENGLISH) (SPANISH)
- Come to the Woodside District Office, 3195 Woodside Rd. Woodside, to turn in documents starting March 1, 2021. Office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (please arrive at latest by 3:45pm). Registration runs through the summer. The office will be closed during Spring break and federal holidays.
- Complete the student’s registration online. Once the paperwork is turned in you will be emailed a link to complete the registration. Registration is not complete until the online portion of the registration is submitted. The email containing the registration link will come from woodsideschool@woodsideschool.us. Please check your SPAM folder if you believe you did not receive the email.
- Kindergarten families only
- Interviews will be held in August and information will be sent to registered students.
- Schedule a physical exam for your child and have the pediatrician fill out the attached Report of Health Examination for School Entry form. This form can be turned in at the school office, uploaded into our online registration system or emailed to Elvira Martinez at elviramartinez@woodsideschool.us.
School starts Thursday, August 19, 2021
- For elementary school students (TK-5th grade), class lists will be posted in the office window one day before school starts.
- For middle school students (6th – 8th grade), student schedules will be mailed home a few days before school starts.
- A week before school starts you will be emailed information regarding the start of school and upcoming activities.
