I'm excited to join the Woodside School community as the School Counselor! I graduated from UMass Amherst with a bachelor's degree in psychology. In between my bachelor's and master's degree, I committed to a service year as a College Advisor through College Advising Corps in Boston. I returned to UMass Amherst to complete my Master of Education and Education Specialist degree in School Counseling. Throughout my career, I have worked in many different settings from elementary schools to high schools, urban to rural, and academic and counseling roles. I'm passionate about helping students succeed in and outside the classroom.
After completing my degrees, I moved from Boston (best city in the world) to the Bay Area. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, photography, spending time with my friends, family and dogs. I also love traveling - I recently went on a solo backpacking trip to Southeast Asia and I'm excited to see more of the west coast.
