Woodside School Track and Field Program:
One of our last sports offered this school year, Track and Field is an amazing experience for all involved!
The season begins in early April (April 17th) and ends in late May.  All practices and meets are held at Menlo Atherton High School on Mondays and Wednesdays (with the exception of the Tuesday after Memorial Day) from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
We welcome and encourage 4th-8th graders with all levels of Track and Field experience.  We’ll cover fundamentals of all running and field events, proper stretching and training, and perfecting form.  Above all, we will focus on the students having fun while learning or participating in a wonderful sport!
