Got talent? Well, here is your chance to show your fellow students and parents your abilities! Every February, all 5th-8th grade students are invited to participate in the school's annual Talent Show. Hosted in Sellman Pavilion by the Student Council, students share their special talents including dancing, singing, playing an instrument, telling jokes, riding a unicycle, juggling, or sharing a poem or art project. In addition to the live acts, students can participate in an art gallery presentation before the start of the show.
If you are a 5th-8th grade student and would like to participate in the talent show (individually or as part of a group), you must sign up and return the completed FORM to the office.
Your act must be less than four minutes long and adhere to the WES rules, behavior policy, and dress code. Once you sign up, come to the rehearsals in Room 36 after school in December. If you wish to participate in the talent show, you must attend the rehearsals.
The price of admission is $10 per ticket or 2 for $15 and all proceeds benefit the Woodside School Student Council. If you have any questions, please contact Sr. Bjorn Wickstrom. We can’t wait to see the wonderful acts! Have fun!
