Parent Volunteers On Campus
Welcome Back Parent Volunteers!Top of Page
WESD is hoping to welcome parents/guardians volunteers back on campus to volunteer inside and outside of classrooms starting the week of March 14, 2022. For all interested parents/guardians, WES must collect vaccination information as all adults on campus during the school day must be able to provide proof that they are vaccinated and boosted (boosted is within six months of full vaccination). Some have already turned in their vaccination cards for proof. All parent information regarding vaccinations will be entered into PowerSchool, our school information system.
While opportunities for parent volunteers will arise as needed, meaning it will look different at each grade level, I highly encourage all parents to submit proof of vaccination and booster via the below Google Form. We envision that we will be able to progress to holding events on campus during the school day, and providing that information to the school will guarantee our records are updated.

WES has a need for parent volunteers at our morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. We are asking interested and dedicated parents to volunteer to help with morning and afternoon drop off. If you are interested, please sign up on the form below. We are asking that you sign up by the month as we need to ensure continuity.
