NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION for the 2022-2023 School Year (K-8th grade)
Welcome to the Woodside Elementary School District! Registration for the fall starts on March 1st.
Verify you live in the Woodside Elementary School District. Please reach out to Cathy Stienstra to confirm your address at 650.851.1571 ext. 4004 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Confirm your child meets the age requirements for Kindergarten.
Kindergarten students should turn 5 years old on or before September 1st.
Gather 2022-23 registration materials outlined in the Registration Packet (ENGLISH) (SPANISH)
Submit registration materials to the Woodside School District Office, 3195 Woodside Rd. Woodside, beginning on March 1, 2021.
Office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Registration is ongoing, however, the office will be closed during Spring break (April 11-15) and federal holidays.
Complete the student’s registration online. Once the paperwork is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email along with a link to finalize the registration process the registration (from email@example.com)
Please note: Registration is not complete until the online portion of the registration is submitted.
Kindergarten families only
Once your child’s/children’s registration is submitted, please sign up for a Kindergarten Meet and Greet session with a member of the KindergartenTeaching Team using this LINK during the following dates: August 1st-4th.
Please schedule an appointment for your child/children to receive a physical exam. The pediatrician will need to fill out the following form: Report of Health Examination for School Entry form. Please submit this form along with the remaining registration documents.
First Day of Instruction: Thursday, Aug 18th
For students in grades K-5, class lists will be posted either electronically or in the office window, one day before school starts. More information will be provided.
For Upper School students (6th – 8th grade) student schedules will be mailed home prior to the first day of school.
School information will begin to be sent home via the Wildcat Weekly (the school’s weekly communication newsletter) starting the first week in August.
ForKindergarten families only: Kindergarten students will have a modified school day for the first six weeks of school (8:25 am - 1:00 p.m.).
Information regarding your child’s school supplies will be communicated in the Wildcat Weekly prior to the first day of school.
New Family Connections
The PTA will host an event for new families prior to the start of the new school year. Please look for communication regarding this event beginning in August.
An informational meeting for families in our Tinsley program will be held prior to the start of the new school year. Communication will be sent home with more details in early summer.
