My name is Luz Frias. I hold a BA in Psychology with a minor in Child Development, and I have received Associate degrees in Psychology and Child and Adolescent Development from Evergreen College. Currently, I am furthering my knowledge, and I am pursuing a Master’s in Teaching Special Education at San Jose State University, focusing on earning a credential for mild to moderate disabilities.
I am excited about the opportunity to work with Woodside School in their special education department. My background includes hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working with children on the autism spectrum. Additionally,
I have had the privilege of working closely with a private family, supporting their child with special needs. This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience has equipped me with the skills and passion necessary to positively impact the lives of Woodside School students. I look forward to contributing to your team and supporting the growth and development of each student I work with.
