Dear Incoming Kindergarten Families,
Your child is invited to attend a Kindergarten Meet and Greet on either Wednesday August 9th or Thursday, August 10th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. This is an opportunity for your child to meet the teachers and new friends. We hope that this will ease the transition to beginning school and prepare students for the first day.

While we would love the opportunity to meet with parents, this event is designed for students. We welcome parents to wait in the designated waiting area while your child is with us, or please feel free to drop off and come back. We will walk your child back to you promptly at 12:00 pm. While you wait, we will provide you with a questionnaire for you to fill out to provide us with information about your child.
Finally, we know that families have made summer plans and may not be able to attend. Please reach out to Lower School Principal Patrick Hurley at phurley@woodsideschool.us if you have any questions or are unable to attend.

Logistics For Your Child’s Meet and Greet

Please arrive at your designated time.

Turn into the last driveway into the school parking area (the one closest to the tennis courts).

A school staff member will be waiting there to meet your child.

We ask that all families please wait in the designated parent waiting area until your child has completed their time with the teacher. If you’d like to drop off and come back, that is completely fine!
- The teacher will walk your child out to your car when they have completed their time together.
