2020 Grand Auction Update & Donation Information
Due to Shelter-in-Place orders, the Woodside School Foundation has canceled the annual Grand Auction in-person fundraising event originally scheduled for May 16. And, given the restrictions and uncertainty around hosting gatherings in the coming months, the WSF does not feel confident offering events and items in the auction this year. While this was a difficult choice, WSF believes it is the right decision for the safety of our hosts, participants, and families. While prime school parking spaces will be available to bid on in a simplified auction from May 7-14, at this time the WSF is asking you to close the $4,800 per student funding gap by making a direct donation to the Woodside School Foundation. Any donation amount is much appreciated. Thank you very much and please say healthy!

THE WSF GRAND AUCTION — A tradition since 1984, the Woodside School Foundation has hosted a Grand Auction to raise funds for the Woodside School. This fun gala takes place each spring and includes an online auction prior to the event, and silent and live auctions during the event.

Woodside parents and community members gather together dressed in the evening’s themed attire to enjoy a cocktail hour, a dinner, and competitive bidding on vacations, parties, classroom treasures as well as unique goods and experiences—all followed with dancing to a live band or DJ.  A portion of the evening is dedicated to raising funds for specific items outlined in Woodside School's Fund-A-Need program.
