WES WRESTLING 2026

Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported the K–5th Mid Peninsula Wrestling League Championships last Friday at Junipero Serra High School. We had a great afternoon of wrestling, with tremendous effort, sportsmanship, and improvement shown by all of our athletes.

The tournament featured pooled weight divisions, giving wrestlers valuable match experience to close out the competition season. We truly appreciate all of the coaches, families, volunteers, and staff who helped make the event run smoothly.

This tournament marked the final competition of the season for many of our wrestlers, and we are very proud of the growth, dedication, and hard work shown throughout the year. Please keep in mind that our Wednesday wrestling clinics will continue through June 3rd.

Awards were presented to all wrestlers, and we would like to recognize the following place winners:

• Taylor H. – Kindergarten – 2nd Place
• Nico F. – 1st Grade – 1st Place
• Oliver B. – 4th Grade – 2nd Place
• Rhett B. – 2nd Grade – 2nd Place

Thank you again for all of your support of our wrestling program!

Best regards,

Woodside Athletics
