2nd Quarter Transitions from Virtual Academy to In-Person Learning or In-Person to Virtual Academy

For students currently enrolled in Virtual Academy:
Friday, January 22nd marks the end of Woodside’s 2nd Quarter/1st Semester which means that families currently enrolled in Woodside’s Virtual Academy program are now eligible for enrollment in our In-Person/On-Campus learning program. Beginning the week of January 4th, Woodside Administrators will begin to contact those enrolled in the Virtual Academy program to begin conversations about your family’s plan for the 2nd semester and to prepare and plan for your child’s re-entry into their classroom on January 25th.

For students currently attending In-Person Program:
Enrolled in Woodside’s In-Person / On-Campus program and considering Virtual Academy for the 2nd Semester?
  • Please reach out to Melissa Bowdoin (TK-4th Grade) or Jenn Pedersen (5th-8th Grade) if you are considering this option.
  • The transition from In-Person to Virtual Academy will occur at the end of the 1st Semester (January 22nd), and students will begin class in our Virtual Academies on January 25th.
  • Once enrolled in the Virtual Academy, your child will need to complete their 2020-2021 school year in the Virtual Academy. The district is not able to offer additional re-entry phases this school year.
