Reopening Plan & Roll-Out
The following schedule includes the roll-out phases for reopening Woodside School by grade and dates:
  • Phase 1: TK/K/6th Grade — starting Mon., Oct. 26 (completed)
  • Phase 2: Grades 1, 2 & 7 — starting Thurs., Nov. 12 (completed)
  • Phase 3: Grades 3 & 8 — starting  Mon., Nov. 30 (completed)
  • Phase 4: Grades 4 & 5 — starting Mon., Dec. 7
As always, our priority and goal for the school year continue to be keeping our students, staff and families safe and to do so while offering the very best educational program possible. 

Mandatory Reopening Info Parent Meetings

Prior to each grade level's return to school, the District will be holding important information sessions for parents. These Zoom meetings are mandatory for all families who have a student returning to campus. Our first meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 20th for TK/K/6th grade families, who have students returning in Phase 1 of the reopening. We will review health and safety information, schedules, pick up/drop off information, and other important details that all families need to know prior to their student's return to school.

Please take some time to carefully read over and view these critical reopening information material before your student returns to campus during his/her specific phase/date. All families must understand the requirements and expectations for re-introducing students to campus again. Hard copies have been and will be mailed home to all WESD returning families, depending on re-entry phase timing.
