Please mark your calendar for the following ukulele return times. Please drop the instrument off in the bin in front of the Music room, and make sure that you return the ukulele in its original case.
Drop-offs will take place:
Wednesday, October 21 from 9am-3pm
Thursday, October 22 from 9am-12pm
It is essential that your child's ukulele is returned by these dates so that we are able to clean all instruments and set the next class up for success!
5th Grade — Ukulele Pick-Ups
Each student will need to pick up a ukulele and a copy of the ukulele book. Please mark your calendar for the following pickup time: Friday, October 23 from 9am-12pm. You may arrive at any time during this window.
Please drive through campus and pull up in front of the music room, just past Sellman. Wait in your car for someone to check in with you. You will need to turn in a signed copy of the instrument contract in order to receive your materials. Please have this printed, signed, and ready to go when you arrive. The materials will be brought out to you, and we ask that everyone has a mask on and remains in their vehicles.
Monday, September 14th & Wednesday, September 16th 11am-1pm.
Thank you for your patience as we are waiting for supplies from our distributors. Our 5th-8th grade teachers have materials ready to go for students, and the next material pick up will take place on Monday, September 14th and Wednesday, September 16th from 11am-1pm. These materials are necessary for your student’s learning, so please plan accordingly to arrive during these windows. Please pull up in front of Sellman and remain in your car. The bag will be brought out to you, ensuring that everyone is safe and that the process is quick! One final pick up for the quarter for all grade levels will take place during our October picture days, pending the arrival of supplies. Please keep an eye out for more details coming soon.
Missed your materials pick-up day/time? Please be sure to go through the drive-thru process on Monday, August 24 between 1:30 and 3:00pm.
We are all very excited to get the 2020-2021 school started! To ensure our students have all the materials needed for Distance Learning — Chromebooks or iPads, textbooks, student supplies — we have scheduled a day to collect those items. If ordered, 2019-20 yearbooks will be included in this process. Pick-up times are based on students’ last names so that families can pick up materials for the whole family at the same time. We will use a drive-thru model (starting in the Kinder lot by the tennis courts) — simply follow the signs. During the drive-thru process, we ask that you stay in your car with face-covering on and the window rolled down. All families received technology agreements in the mail to be exchanged for your student's digital device. Please ensure that you bring these signed forms with you to ensure a smooth device exchange.

Former WES family yearbook pick-up? If you know of a family who ordered yearbook but will not be attending WES (other than '20 graduates) or has moved out of the area, please ask them to contact Harlin to designate a pick-up person or coordinate another plan.
