It's time for the Woodside School Annual Survey. With the help of Woodside School’s Site Council and the School Board, the district is eager to hear your thoughts. Your feedback and comments are essential to help us shape and improve our school and shape the next steps. We've streamlined the survey and it shouldn't take more than 9 minutes to complete and responses will remain anonymous, so we strongly encourage you take the time to provide as much detail as possible. The survey can be easily accessed on your mobile device. 

The data collected will be used to improve and align the school's programs and strategies with the needs and desires of all members of the Woodside School community. We understand that not all questions will feel as relevant or applicable to this school year, but we encourage you to answer to the best of your ability. There is an opportunity at the end of the survey to list any comments or feedback that were not reflected in other areas.
