Woodside School will administer the survey to students in grades 4-8 during the week of June 2nd, and estimate a completion time for the survey of about 15-20 minutes.
The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is an anonymous, confidential survey designed to gather information about student attitudes, behaviors, and experiences related to school, learning, and overall well-being. This survey is an important tool for the District to understand how students are doing in school, how they feel about their learning and what influences their behaviors. The data collected from the CHKS ultimately helps the District improve programs, policies, and practices to better support students’ well-being and academic success.
If you would not like your child to participate in the survey, please notify your child’s teacher or office staff prior to June 2nd. Otherwise, we look forward to all students in 4th-8th grade completing the survey during the week of June 2nd.
