As a paraprofessional, I have gained experience providing support and assistance to teachers and students in various educational settings, such as the classroom, an APE setting, and the playground.I have had the opportunity to observe and understand the learning process, each individual student's needs, and the importance of creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

My experience as a Paraprofessional has enhanced my collaboration skills. I have worked closely with teachers, administrators, fellow paraprofessionals, and related service personnel to develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and create a supportive learning environment by actively participating in team meetings and effectively communicating.

Secondly, my role as a Paraprofessional has allowed me to develop strong leadership qualities. In the last school year, I led classroom lessons and prepared all the work for students within my team. I have also contributed greatly to IEP meetings by tracking the progress of individual students and keeping data by doing academic trials with them.
