2025-26 Class Funds by Grade per Student
Every year, each grade collects a voluntary class fund that covers payment for various items, such as class parties and special activities. The class budget is designed to accommodate the expenses for which parents or teachers can reasonably expect to be reimbursed. The PTA manages these funds, as well as all reimbursements. Please note that the school does not write checks to parents. If you have any questions about the use of class funds, room parents should be able to assist you, or you're welcome to email melody.westervelt@gmail.com

This donation is encouraged but voluntary; there is no need to request a scholarship. 

Class funds can be paid
(1) via CHECK (made out to Woodside School PTA - not the school)
Please include your child's name and grade in your payment method's memo/notes field.

(2) via ZELLE (direct payment to ptatreasurer@woodsideschool.us) and please make a note in the memo line indicating which grade or grades you are paying for. This is critical, as we get so many payments in a short amount of time. You may also pay by check (made out to the Woodside School PTA) or cash, and place it in the PTA box in the office.
