Upper School Bridge Program

The Upper School launched its mentoring program in October 2019, called the Bridge Program, with a series of events planned by the Woodside Student Council. The program’s mission, to “promote future success in the whole child by connecting the development of academic skills with social consciousness and responsibility,” will be met through its executive functioning-based curriculum and interpersonal bond-building structures. Students will meet with their Bridge Group on a triweekly basis throughout their middle school career, building connections with group members while simultaneously expanding their executive functioning skills through the curriculum. Bridge Groups themselves will be grouped into cross grade-level family groups each year. These groups will engage in community-building activities and friendly competition. Find more information HERE.
