STUDENT PERMISSION FORM
GUEST PERMISSION FORM
Students who did not attend the first dance will need to turn in a permission slip to the office prior to the dance. Guest forms will also be available if students want to bring friends from other schools. We are looking forward to seeing you all there!

$15 per studentAll 6th-8th graders are invited
We are excited to announce that the Woodside School Student Council is sponsoring a fall dance in Sellman on Thursday, November 21 from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Woodside Upper School students are allowed to attend. Admission to the dance is $15, and the money will be collected at the door (cash, check (made out to Woodside School), card, or Apple Pay accepted!)
