I am excited to be back at Woodside! As a former Wildcat, I know firsthand many of the things that make this community so special. I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and began my career as a chemist in the Midwest.
Since then, I’ve worked as a speech and language intern, private tutor, and instructor in skiing and sailing. In each of these roles, I’ve learned how to meet learners where they are, adapt my approach, and help them build confidence step-by-step. My experience as an EMT and in scientific research has further strengthened my patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
I’m excited to share my love of science and math with our students while also supporting their individual learning needs. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, have raced a sailboat from San Francisco to Hawaii in the Pacific Cup, and have recently taken up golf. I plan to pursue graduate studies in Speech and Language and am committed to ensuring every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
