We have already received proof of COVID vaccination from many of our students but would like to remind you that WESD is asking parents of students 12 or older to submit proof of their child’s vaccination card HERE or via this link: https://forms.gle/5ndYa4CTWcwMZ7CF9. You can use this link at any time after your child completes his/her vaccination series.

While submitting proof of vaccination for your student is not mandated, please remember that due to strict contact tracing guidelines, if WESD does not have proof of vaccination, we will have to treat that student as “unvaccinated.”  This could potentially impact a child’s ability to remain in the physical classroom. If you are willing to share this information with the District, it will greatly assist us in our contact tracing efforts, as well as our ability to plan for the safety of all students this year. 

WESD encourages all students 12 and older to receive their COVID vaccine at this time.
