Student Medical Updates and Activity Clearances

As part of keeping all students safe and supported at school, we kindly ask parents and guardians to provide updated medical information whenever a student has a recent injury, surgery/hospitalization, or ongoing health condition that requires special care. For example, if your child is wearing a cast, walking boot, sling, or other orthopedic device—or has activity restrictions following a medical procedure—we must have a note from the treating physician that clearly outlines any limitations or instructions.

This documentation helps our staff know how best to support your child during the school day, including classroom activities, physical education, and recess. Without clear medical guidance, we cannot safely allow participation in certain activities.

Thank you for partnering with us to make sure your child’s school experience is both safe and successful.
