I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the Woodside School District for the 2026-2027 school year! Teaching has always been my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging classroom where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired to grow both academically and personally.

I bring experience teaching across multiple elementary grade levels. Before joining Woodside, I taught fifth grade at Sunset Ridge School in Pacifica. My teaching career began in the East Bay, where I had the opportunity to work with second, third, and fourth grade students, helping build strong academic foundations while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Justice, Community, and Leadership and my Master of Arts in Teaching from Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga (Go Gaels!). Before college, I graduated from St. Francis High School in Mountain View. As a Redwood City native, I attended a TK-8 school in nearby Menlo Park, where I experienced firsthand the close-knit community that makes elementary school such a special place. Returning to the Peninsula to teach truly feels like a full-circle moment, and I am excited to be part of the wonderful Woodside Elementary community.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy staying active through Pilates and long walks, and I love cooking and baking for family and friends. As the oldest of three siblings, family has always been an important part of my life. I look forward to embracing Woodside's cherished traditions, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and contributing to this exceptional school community. I can't wait for a wonderful year of learning, growth, and fun together!
