BBQ meal tickets and Carnival wristbands SOLD HERE.
Sign up to help HERE.

Our hometown Carnival boasts classic carnival table games, cotton candy, a giant inflatable obstacle course, face painting, and so much more. Come throw a ball to soak a graduating 8th-grader at the dunk tank or try your hand swinging the hammer to ring the bell on the high striker. Wristbands for full access to the Carnival are $25 - PURCHASE for participating children only.

BBQ - NEW THIS YEAR
Adjacent to the Carnival, Buck’s restaurant and the 7th-grade class will host a mouth-watering BBQ lunch of smash cheeseburgers, hotdogs, veggie chili, and beet & apple salads. Proceeds from the food sales will help the 7th-graders fund their operetta performance next year.  Please purchase your meals ahead of time here so that we can plan the food accordingly.
Pre-purchasing by May 1 is the only way to guarantee you'll eat at the BBQ.

Also new this year: a bike and scooter decorating station in the Sellman parking lot, starting at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 4, before the parade. Lower School students are invited to decorate their bikes and scooters before the parade and then roll in line near the end of the parade. Look forward to more details coming to your class emails.

Adult Help Needed – SIGN UP HERE
Our upper school students don’t just play hard during the carnival; they work hard, too. The students will be our face painters, carnival game masters, as well as cotton candy and popcorn servers. But we need some adult help too. Please take a look at this signup for parents only (the kids have a different signup) and consider helping for one shift at the Will Call table, Carnival Prize Room or face painting booth, etc. A little adult supervision goes a long way, and we appreciate your help!

7th grade parents – we need your help supervising 7th graders serving food in the BBQ line.

8th grade parents – we need happy, encouraging parents that can keep heckling at the dunk tank upbeat and fun.

All of these opportunities are in the same signup

This year’s theme is “Discover the Magic” and entries include our 8th-grade operetta performers, the Mounted Patrol, marching bands and everything in between. We are pleased to announce Scott and Kathi Dancer as our Parade Grand Marshals. This honor is given to citizens who demonstrate enduring service to our community. The Dancers have a long history of service in Woodside, especially to Woodside’s equestrian community. It is our pleasure to recognize their combined contributions to our town.

Following tradition, the Deputy Marshals are selected from Woodside Elementary School's dedicated teachers and staff. This year, we are pleased to honor Kathy Jones and Ellen Bertine, who have served our school for decades—their consistency and dedication to quality education foster optimism and enthusiasm in our school community.
