Step aboard as the WES campus is transformed into a tropical paradise where ocean breezes, island vibes and community spirit take center stage. Together, we'll chart a course for an unforgettable evening celebrating our community while raising vital funds for our beloved school.

Our annual Grand Auction raises funds for our beloved Woodside Elementary School. This may not be our first voyage, but we know we can’t do it without your help. Donations from our entire school community are crucial to the success of our auction and we depend on your support.
Please submit your donations via our online donation form.The deadline for auction donations is March 11th.

A tradition since 1984, the Woodside School Foundation hosts a Grand Auction to raise funds for the Woodside School. We come together as a community both to enjoy the fellowship of friends and to raise money for the annual needs of the school.
Volunteers and donors througout the school community work hard to put on a wonderful themed event in May. The Grand Auction includes an online auction prior to the event and a themed party on campus with a Live auction during the event.
A collaborative spirit and passionate parent involvement makes our Woodside School community a unique and amazing place for families.
