Auction Item Logistics
If you purchased items in our Online Auction or participated in the Live Auction, you should have received an invoice via email on Monday, 5/18. Please follow the instructions to make your payment by Wednesday, May 27. Thank you for your generosity!

Once invoices have been paid in full, our auction volunteers will reach out to arrange pickup of gift certificates and physical items.
Raise-A-Paddle
Our historic Raise-a-Paddle is still open! Anything you can give will go to support the development of our newly-acquired property adjacent to WES. To donate, visit our online auction website and click "Donate Now" from the home screen. Your donation will be added to your invoice. Please contact the WSF office if you require assistance.

About The WSF Grand AuctionTop of Page
A tradition since 1984, the Woodside School Foundation hosts a Grand Auction to raise funds for the Woodside School. We come together as a community both to enjoy the fellowship of friends and to raise money for the annual needs of the school.
Volunteers and donors througout the school community work hard to put on a wonderful themed event in May. The Grand Auction includes an online auction prior to the event and a themed party on campus with a Live auction during the event.
A collaborative spirit and passionate parent involvement makes our Woodside School community a unique and amazing place for families.
