Woodside Elementary School District welcomes school-related and community groups to utilize its school grounds and facilities for enrichment, recreational, and civic activities. To request a space, community members must submit a formal application along with proof of liability insurance and any required rental fees.

  • For FACILITY USE inquiries and questions (including turf, grass fields, McCovey field) on the Woodside School campus, please email Carly Rivera or call 650.851.1571 ext. 4030 in the school office. Please note: Tennis courts are coordinated through the Town of Woodside. 
  • For GROUP PARKING/SHUTTLES, please email Carly Rivera or call 650.851.1571 ext. 4030 in the school office.  
  • For MAINTENANCE and FACILITIES help, please contact Facilities Manager, Eucadio Martinez at 650.851.1571 ext. 7001.
