2026-27 Breakfast & Lunch Program

For the 2026-27 school year, WES is excited to announce moving forward with a new food service vendor, Revolution Foods.

The meal ordering process will be different from past years. Parents are able to provide meal preference input (2 breakfast choices and 4 lunch choices) via a weekly optional survey and the District will place meal preference orders based on the feedback. All meals will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis and individual orders will not be provided. There is no guarantee students will receive specific meal. Please note: If a meal is requested by a student, the District is required to provide one meal per student, if available.
Allergy Friendly meals require completion of Allergy Friendly
Meals Program Form (attached below):

WEEKLY MEAL PREFERENCE SURVEY
Select 1-2 meal preference for breakfast and 1-4 for lunch by day of week

Future optional survey of breakfast and lunch meal preferences will be available on a weekly basis here and in the Wildcats Weekly newsletter.

Woodside Elementary School District Partnering with Revolution Foods

Woodside Elementary School District is excited to announce Revolution Foods as our new official food service vendor for the 2026-27 school year, delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals to our students.

Why WESD Chose Revolution Foods
  • Community Input: Driven directly by valuable feedback and requests from our parents, students and staff.
  • Student Approved: Selected after student taste-testings ensured the new menu items are both delicious and appealing to children.
  • Proven Track Record: Evaluated extensively against other food service programs to guarantee the highest standards of service, compliance, and nutritional value.
  • Balanced Nutrition: Prepared with high-quality, seasonalclean ingredients to meet NSLP and School Breakfast program guidelines., completely free from artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
New Food Ordering Process: How It Works
  • The District Places Orders: WESD handles all final meal orders directly with Revolution Foods.
  • Optional Weekly Surveys: An optional meal preference survey will be available each week for parents to complete their student’s meal preferences. You can access it directly via the Wildcats Weekly newsletter or here, above.
  • Survey Intent: Weekly surveys are used to gauge student interest and determine the total quantities of each meal we order.
  • Selecting Preferences: Families can use the survey to select 1 to 2 meal preferences for breakfast and 1 to 4 preferences for lunch, organized by day of the week.
  • No Guarantees: Participating in the survey does not guarantee that your child will receive that specific meal selection.
  • First-Come, First-Served: All meals are distributed to students on a first-come, first-served basis during lunch periods.
  • Allergy-Friendly Meals: If your child requires allergen-free dining, the weekly preference survey is not sufficient. Parents must complete and submit the official Allergy Friendly Meals Program Form to ensure accommodation.
  • If a meal is requested by a student, the District is required to provide one meal per student, if available.
