For Coaches

Coaches play an important role in the lives of our student athletes. To ensure the safety and welfare of our student athletes, coaches are required to go through several training courses and certification to be eligible to coach at Woodside Elementary School. Coaches Clearance Requirements:

Livescan Fingerprint DOJ Clearance
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training via Vector Solutions
TBD — First Aid Certification (In-person skills session required) - Renewed every 2 years
TBD — Tuberculosis Risk Assessment and/or Tuberculosis Test - Renewed every 4 years
TBD — Fundamentals of Coaching Online Training - No renewal required
TBD — Concussion in Sports Online Training - Renewed every 2 years
TBD — Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Online Training - Renewed every 2 years
TBD — Heat Illness Prevention Online Training - Renewed every 2 years
